24 Hour Fitness Takes On Spartan Race Series

Since 2018, 24 Hour Fitness has tasked Southport with activating their national Spartan Race series partnership with engaging and interactive experiences.

The display features a custom trail mix bar and an interactive photo booth with a custom prop making station to fuel up the participants and leave them with a digital premium to live beyond the on-site activation. 24 Hour Fitness has left a great impression on those participating and attending the races through strong engagement numbers to date:

  • 55,000+ servings of trail mix
  • 20,000+ photos texted
  • 8,500+ leads generated

One of 24 Hour Fitness’ main goals is to generate leads for new club memberships as well as recruit new trainers. Using Southport’s custom lead generation application on iPads, the Brand Ambassador team interacts with attendees and participants, offering a branded premium in exchange for filling out a short survey. Originally, the 24 Fitness training staff was in charge of lead generation, but by transitioning them to talking about the club’s features and utilizing Southport Brand Ambassadors to collect leads, there has been an exponential growth in leads year of year. Southport’s Brand Ambassadors are trained to orchestrate lasting and meaningful connections for the brands they represent and the event attendees.
